THIS IS AWESOME! (no pun intended)

You're probably wondering what the whole fuss is about.
Does anyone Remember the Metal Gear Flash Collab? Well, Osuka Participated in the contest a few months back and won 2nd place ($100 and an additional prize). What does this have to do with me? I participated in the collab too, but in a limited way by doing some voice work for Osuka(see The Fulp Paradox). Once we found out about his flashes being in 2nd out of 50+ authors, we were in shock!

I was thrilled that he won something out of it, but I was even more excited to realize that he was going to give me something in return for it, as a personal "thank you". So as a result, I officially own a piece of NG history: Some special stickers (Tankmen, the NG logo, Angry Faic) and a Metal Gear AwesomeT-shirt. Man, I was so excited to get it that when I met Osuka in person earlier today, I immediately tried it on and started showing it off. XD I've been visiting this site since late 2002 and this really means a lot to me. I posted some pics below as proof. sorry about the quality, I took these images from my webcam. I consider this as an early Christmas gift, it was worth the wait.

Also, this marks the first time I met a fellow Newgrounder face to face (we live in the same city, although in different urbanizations). He came over to my house, we chatted for a while and got to know each other a little more. We talked about future projects, ideas & other stuff. It really felt great to actually meet someone from the NG community in person.

Anyway, enough bragging. All that aside, Osuka and I are putting some finishing touches to Four Swords Misadventures 6. The episode will surely blow you away. Again, I'm not saying when it'll be done, I prefer to keep it as a surprise.

I'm also developing another MK Mishaps flash, which will be my final MK flash for a while, so expect that sometime soon.

Yeah, I know. I have the episode at 95% for a while, but there have been a few delays.

First off during its progress I was forced to delay it for 3 months because of a little problem I had with another animator who was going to do an actual fbf scene in the episode, but didn't find the time to finish it. Then I decided to ask Osuka for some help and he gladly agreed.

The 2nd delay was a minor one. Osuka was busy finishing his thesis at the time and while working on the fbf scene he needed a bit more time to polish it up so I gave him more time to work on it. Hopefully, we'll have ep.6 ready before the end of the year.

A lot of people have been asking me to make another MK Mishaps for quite a while. Ever since I finished the last one years ago I felt like I was already out of MK ideas at the time, that is, until I heard about MK Vs. DC, then I started developing new gags based on it. the flash is still in it's early stages though. It's hard to say when I'll have it ready, but I'll find a way to finish it.

As for my banner. I haven't really thought of anything creative yet. I'll update it at some point though.

I've thought about it on occasions, however (I hate to admit it) my artwork is terrible. I haven't really developed my own drawing skills and it would take years for me to become pro.

I'll give it a try at some point, but I'm better off a storywriter than an animator.

Oh, and please don't start with the sprite wars again. No offense man, but I've been through enough BS already...

Alright, sorry for judging you the first time. It just hasn't been easy for me to put up with so much negative feedback this year because of the content I use.

I understand you're trying to encourage me to create my own original ideas. I do have them, really, but I haven't taken the liberty to fully develop them.

In time you'll see something different from me, though it won't be an easy task at first.

oh, and there was a typo in scene 5; mispelled the word "mess" (spelled "mes" in the flash). i forgot to mention it in my review, so i thought this was the next best thing.
